a few years ago when trying to figure out what to make with what we had in our almost empty cupboards, i created this pasta salad. it turned out really yummy and it's easy and people seem to like it. so, i thought i'd share the recipe here with anybody that would like to make it themselves.
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonaisse
1 lb. pasta (i like the mini shells)
dill
white wine vinegar
salt
pepper
1 can kidney beans
2 c. corn
combine all - dill, salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste. i like a lot of dill and a good amount of vinegar, but taste as you're mixing and stop when you're happy with it. Enjoy.
