this week i went with matte nails. the blue polish is o.p.i. russian navy suede. the picture makes it look a little brighter and shinier than it actually is, but that's what the light does to it. it is a suede so it's naturally matte. i didn't want to top coat with a regular shiny polish so i used essie matte about you for my topcoat to keep the suede effect. it's a nice looking polish but it does seem to be a little thick and is chipping already.
