mini pot pies

we have one of those mini pie makers - like a waffle iron, but built to make four mini pies. and it's great to use for little pot pies! i haven't actually even made fruit pies yet, just pot pies. and they're really easy, especially if you use pre-made stuff. we get already made dough or pastry - like pizza dough that you just roll out. i use glasses to cut two different size circles for each pie out of the dough. and then for filling in the pot pies, we just add chunky soup like beef stew. and they're really super delicious! yum.
