star wars perler bow

alex made me a gift :) she did make herself one too. i love the 8 bit look of these perler beads - which if you don't know what perler beads are; they are these little plastic tube beads that you place out on a peg board and then iron/melt until they stick together. so alex made us each an r2d2 bow. they're so cute, i want a tardis one as well (we'll see if i get that; she switches up what crafts she's into constantly.) so after alex made these bows and i ironed them i turned them into hair pieces. i glued alex's to an elastic headband (one with thin elastic and a circle felt piece) and i glued mine onto a barrette clip. i love it - and it'll be perfect for may 4th.
